  • HOW DOES COMMUNICATION AND FILE TRANSFER WORK?

    It’s start off with live chat down on the right. You leave us a message and our conversation starts instantly. We’re here and ready to help. When we move to the next step to discuss details of the project you’ll be prompted to the messaging panel where you can upload and send files. Throughout the process, we’ll use this platform to discuss details as well as for the final delivery. Apart from this, we also have a sign-in option for long-term clients.

  • CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE PROCESS GENERALLY?

    Well, usually, the process starts off when the clients review our site, portfolio, and fees and leave us a message. Some clients use live chat to find answers to their questions. On the other hand, some clients directly send us a quote form stating the details of their project. We then move to the communication board. We exchange the files and discuss the details and budget of the project. After we agree we send our client a contract and so that they can accept it and make payment. Money stays in escrow until the project is finalized. We’ll perform and deliver the project. After that client will approve the payment and the project will be terminated successfully. We can leave each other reviews.

  • HOW THE PAYMENT WORKS?

    As of right now, we use the Upwork direct contract option for our new clients. That being said, we are also trying to make other payment options available on our site. Please, review the infographic demonstration below that has been taken from the Upwork website.

  • HOW DO I KNOW MY MONEY IS SECURE?

    The payment will be processed through Upwork and it will be held in escrow and will be released after the project is finished. Upwork also offers dispute assistance.

  • CAN I GET A REFUND?

    Sure thing, clients’ satisfaction is our priority. We’re here to make you satisfied with our services but if you’re not satisfied you can get a refund. We want happy clients. Also, Upwork offers a mediation service if our project hits a snag.

  • CAN I KEEP A TRACK OF THE PROJECT STATUS?

    Yes, you’ll be given verbal updates but also we developed a particular app that allows you to track the status of the process regularly.

  • HOW DO I KNOW MY DATA IS SECURE?

    We take this very seriously. We promise that we don’t share any of your content with third parties. We also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA) upon request.
